"“Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."
― Thomas Edison
The most important thing I look for in an early stage company: What kind of problem the company wants to solve, and is it solving the right problem.
In my experience, the hardest thing about early stage startups is Focus.
My experiences include 1) a Fortune 500 turnaround, 2) hypergrowth start-ups (one leading to a successful exit and one resulted in a Chapter 11 restructure), which gives me a broad spectrum of seeing what works and what doesn’t.
My "superpower" is helping to guide startups through the launch and growth phases of their companies.
Technologies that I'm fascinated with are related to Space Exploration.
