BACKGROUND
Masa Shinomiya is a senior mechanical engineer at Yamaha Motor Ventures, where he is responsible for providing engineering support for portfolio companies.
Previously, he worked as a body design engineer for a scooter in Yamaha Motor.
Prior to that, he worked as a CAE engineer. He supported structural design, such as for commercial motorcycles, race bikes, surface mounter, and various research projects.
Masa graduated from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology with a master of Mechanical system engineering.
In his leisure time he enjoys riding motorcycles and skiing.

BACKGROUND
Qing is Director of Finance & Accounting at Yamaha Motor Ventures.
Previously, Qing was Corporate Controller at Movella Inc. She managed all aspects of corporation accounting and a full cycle of group financial reporting. Prior to that, she was Controller at Legacy Venture, managing funds accounting and reporting.
She began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, serving primarily financial services clients in Boston and San Francisco Bay Area.
She had a deep knowledge of financial management and reporting.
Qing is a certified public accountant, who earned her MS in Accounting/MBA from Northeastern University.
